We’re JEDai, a leading tech company providing high-tech services to the FMCG/Retail sector using image recognition technologies to boost sales efficiency. Our solutions grant real-time measurements of the most relevant shelf indicators. We help brands to know what’s happening in-store and how to improve sales performances.

JEDai is a global player collaborating with the strongest brands in the FMCG community. We already worked with Danone, Nestlé, Pepsi, Coca-Cola Andina, Heineken, Mars, Kraft Heinz, and P&G. We have more than 30 clients Worldwide in more than 25 countries.

The accounting team is looking for a colleague who will become a leader in the payroll department. We are waiting for an independent leader who adheres to a service approach in providing consultations and building processes with employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Full calculation and payment of wages for a Russian legal entity of 60 people;
  • Calculation and payment of wages under freelance contracts in an American and Kazakh legal entity of 40 people;
  • Calculation and payment of bonuses, vacations and other compensations for employees;
  • Accruals under freelance contracts in a Russian legal entity;
  • Banking;
  • Maintaining a payment calendar;
  • Employee consultations, description of salary guides for employees;
  • Submission of reports to the Federal Tax Service and Funds in a Russian legal entity (in an American and Kazakh legal entity, reports are submitted by outsourcers);
  • Participation in department project tasks (grants, etc.).

Requests for the candidate:

  • General experience in payroll calculation from 5 years;
    Experience of working as an accountant for payroll calculation in an IT company from 2 years is required;
    Experience of working with tax non-residents/relocators is required;
    Good knowledge of Russian legislation on reporting in this area;
    Experience in building processes (description of processes and guides, cross-functional communications);
    Good communication skills, service-oriented approach in matters of consulting and helping employees;
    Good skills in working with 1C, with Google forms, experience in working with electronic digital signature and electronic document management, SBIS, banking;
    B2 English proficiency;
    Experience in international companies will be an advantage.
