Recruitment Specialist (remote part-time)

Please read if you have 15+ hours per week available to fill some roles. We don't mind where you're located or which hours you prefer working.

We're seeking a motivated, trustworthy, experienced online recruiter to help us fill remote roles. You're welcome to work in your evenings and weekends if you prefer.

We've been serving our corporate clients globally for over two decades. Our graduates hail from over 100 countries.

We have detailed role descriptions for some of the current roles:

• Training Coordinator (some Virtual Assistant responsibilities)
• Automated QA (full-time)
• Training Producers (5 part-time)
• LLM or AI developer (full-time preferable)
• Data Analyst (part-time)
• MS Sharepoint Admin (part-time)
• Video Editor (part-time)
• Blog Outreacher (part-time)
• SEO (part-time)
• Public Relations for book promotion

You'll be investing most of your time sourcing and corresponding with candidates.
Our team will score the technical test tasks you'll invite top candidates to complete.
You will conduct short candidate interviews. Please share which parts of the recruitment cycle you have experience in conducting.
